Winbox FAQ
Withdrawal & Second Verification
Why does Winbox require second verification for withdrawal?
To enhance account and fund security, Winbox has implemented a Second Verification process. This prevents unauthorized withdrawals or third-party access, ensuring your money stays safe. It’s an extra step for your protection.
How to complete Winbox second verification?
Simple steps: Top up at least RM100 → Go to “Withdrawal” page → Receive an amount like RM100.06 → Return to verification page and enter the exact amount received → The system will review and approve within 24 hours.
How to speed up the withdrawal process?
Withdrawals should be in multiples of RM100 (e.g., 100, 200, 500) to reduce delays and system load. This helps us process your funds faster.
How long does withdrawal take?
Typically withdrawals are completed within 15-30 minutes. During peak times or if data issues arise, it may take up to 1 hour.
Can I withdraw without completing second verification?
No. Second verification is mandatory for withdrawals. Please complete it early to avoid delays.
